Description

Robert Stein Reserve Shiraz comes from the best Shiraz blocks on the family's Mudgee vineyards.

Mudgee Shiraz is firmer and more savoury than the warm-climate Australian norm, a product of 450 metres of altitude and cold nights in inland New South Wales. The Reserve takes the strongest parcels and gives them extended maturation in French and American oak. The estate has been in the Stein family since 1976.

Decant and serve at 17 degrees with roast beef, game or aged cheddar. It develops over twelve years.
