Robert Stein Third Generation Chardonnay 2023

Robert Stein Third Generation Chardonnay marks the family's third generation on the Mudgee property.

Robert Stein planted the vineyard in 1976, and the winery is now run by his grandson Jacob. Mudgee's warm days and cold nights give Chardonnay ripeness with acidity intact. The wine is fermented with a portion in French oak and the rest in tank, giving some texture without burying the fruit.

Serve at 12 degrees with roast chicken, fish or a soft cheese. Drink over the next five years.
