Description

RockBare The Barossa Valley Shiraz is sourced from the warm valley floor north-east of Adelaide.

The Barossa holds some of the oldest Shiraz vines on earth, protected from phylloxera by South Australia's quarantine laws, and its warm days and cool nights give the variety the dark, generous character the region is known for. The wine is matured in oak and made for drinking across the next several years rather than long cellaring.

Serve at 17 degrees with roast beef, lamb shoulder or aged cheddar. Drink over the next eight years.
