Description

RockBare The Clare Valley Riesling comes from the high country north of Adelaide.

Clare sits at around 400 metres, warm by day and cold at night, and those cold nights are what give Australian dry Riesling its acidity and lime character. The valley's limestone and slate soils give the wine a firm, dry finish. It is fermented cool in stainless steel and bottled without oak.

Serve at 8 degrees with seafood, salads or Asian food. It will develop over eight years.
