RockBare The McLaren Vale Shiraz 2023

RockBare The McLaren Vale Shiraz comes from the region south of Adelaide, between the ranges and the gulf.

McLaren Vale's sea breeze moderates an otherwise warm climate, which is why its Shiraz carries depth and dark fruit without the jamminess of hotter inland regions. The soils vary widely across the region, from the deep sands of Blewitt Springs to heavier clay nearer the coast. The wine is matured in a mix of French and American oak.

Serve at 17 degrees with barbecued beef, lamb or hard cheese. Drink over the next eight years.
