Sam Miranda Moscato 2025

Sam Miranda Moscato is a light, sweet King Valley white made for easy, grapey drinking.

Stopping the ferment early is the trick here: it leaves natural sweetness in the wine and keeps the alcohol moderate. There is no oak, and bottling happens young so the floral side of the grape stays bright. The variety comes from one of Italy's oldest grape families, a natural fit for a region Italian tobacco farmers first settled, where Sam now has his winery at Oxley.

Sweet, floral and light on its feet. Pour it very cold (5–7°C) by itself or with fresh fruit, cheese or spicy Asian food.
