Sam Miranda Pinot Grigio 2025

Sam Miranda Pinot Grigio is a crisp, zesty King Valley white made in the Italian style.

Italian families who once grew tobacco turned this part of north-east Victoria into Australia's main home for Italian grapes, and the winery at Oxley carries on that tradition. The fruit for this white comes from the cooler, higher sites, which hold the grape's natural acid. Harvest is timed for freshness and the juice ferments cool in steel tanks, then it goes into bottle early and unoaked, light and clean.

Green apple, pear and citrus on a light, dry frame. Try it well chilled, at 7–9°C, alongside seafood, bruschetta, salads or a simple pasta.
