Description

Sam Miranda Prosecco is a crisp, dry sparkling from Victoria's King Valley, the heartland of Australian Prosecco.

The valley's producers have done more than anyone to establish this grape in Australia, and it has become the region's calling card. This version is tank-fermented, the usual way for the style, then bottled young to be enjoyed without fuss. Sam comes from a well-known Italian-Australian wine family and runs his own cellar door at Oxley.

Light and fresh, with crisp apple and pear and fine bubbles. Chill to 5–7°C and pour as an aperitivo, in a spritz or with antipasto.
