Sam Miranda Rosato 2025

Sam Miranda Rosato is a dry, crisp Italian-style rosé from Victoria's King Valley, made for easy summer drinking.

Brief skin contact gives this pink its pale colour, and from there the juice goes through a cool stainless-steel ferment and is bottled early, unoaked, to keep it fresh and dry. The Italian name reflects where the winery's heart lies. Sam comes from one of Australia's best-known Italian-Australian wine families and has his own cellar door at Oxley, with vineyards climbing towards cooler country.

Pale and bright, with red berries and a refreshing, savoury edge. Serve it well chilled, around 7–9°C, with antipasto, seafood, pizza or anything on the table at a summer lunch.
