San Salvatore Ceraso is an Aglianico from the Cilento hills in southern Campania.

Aglianico is southern Italy's great red variety, late-ripening with high acidity and firm tannin, often called the Barolo of the south for its structure and its capacity to age. The Cilento's altitude and sea air give it a long season. The estate farms organically across its vineyards south of Salerno.

Serve at 17 degrees with braised meats, game or aged cheese. It develops over twelve years.
