Description
Description
San Salvatore Falanghina is a dry white from an ancient Campanian variety.
Falanghina is thought to be one of the grapes behind Falernum, the most prized wine of Roman antiquity, and it still grows across Campania today, giving a citrus-driven white with firm acidity. The estate's vineyards lie in the Cilento, between the Tyrrhenian coast and the national park, and are farmed organically.
Serve at 10 degrees with grilled fish, antipasti or a light pasta. Drink within four years.
