San Salvatore 19.88 Porconero Aglianico IGP 2023

San Salvatore Porconero Aglianico is the estate's everyday red from the Cilento.

The Porconero range takes its name from the black pigs the estate raises alongside its vines and buffalo, part of a farm that produces mozzarella and runs a hotel as well as making wine. Aglianico here is handled for earlier drinking than the single-vineyard bottlings, with less time in oak. The vineyards are certified organic.

Serve at 16 degrees with grilled meats, pasta or pizza. Drink within six years.
