Description

San Salvatore Porconero Fiano is an everyday white from the estate's organic Cilento vineyards.

Fiano gives a textural white with pear and almond character and holds acidity in the Campanian heat, which is why it has become the region's benchmark variety. The Porconero range is made for drinking young, fermented cool in stainless steel without oak.

Serve at 10 degrees with grilled fish, antipasti or salads. Drink within three years.
