Description

San Salvatore Trentenare is a Fiano from vineyards near the Greek temples at Paestum.

Paestum sits on the Campanian coast south of Salerno, where the Greeks founded a city in the sixth century BC and left three temples still standing. The vineyards here run close to the sea on clay and limestone, and the salt air shows in the wine. Fiano is the region's finest white variety. The estate is certified organic.

Serve at 11 degrees with grilled fish, shellfish or a seafood risotto. It develops over five years.
