San Salvatore 19.88 Vetere Rosato IGP 2024

San Salvatore Vetere is a dry rosato from the estate's organic vineyards in the Cilento.

Rosato in southern Italy is made dry and savoury rather than sweet, with the juice drawn off the skins quickly to keep the colour pale. The Cilento's combination of altitude and sea air gives the fruit acidity even this far south. The estate farms organically between Paestum and the national park.

Serve at 9 degrees with antipasti, grilled fish or a summer lunch. Drink within two years.
