Seghesio Sonoma Zinfandel 375ml 2024

Seghesio Sonoma Zinfandel 375ml is a half-bottle of classic Sonoma Zinfandel, made for a smaller table or a mid-week glass.

The Seghesio family have been growing grapes in Sonoma County for well over a century, and Zinfandel has always been at the centre of what they do. From its home in Healdsburg, the winery adds a little Petite Sirah, Syrah, Carignan and Mourvèdre to the Zinfandel for depth and structure, following the tradition of the mixed plantings in the county's older vineyards. The 2024 offers black raspberry and berry pie aromas, a soft entry with baking spice and bramble, pliable tannins and a gentle acid lift that balances the warmth of the season.

Serve slightly below room temperature, at 16 to 18 degrees. It pairs happily with a burger, pulled pork, lamb chops or a spicy pepperoni pizza.
