Description

Seppelt Drumborg Chardonnay is a single-vineyard Chardonnay from one of mainland Australia's coolest sites.

Seppelt has made wine at Great Western in Victoria's Grampians since the 1860s, and its cellars run through kilometres of underground tunnels dug by gold miners. Drumborg, planted by Karl Seppelt in 1964 near Portland in the Henty region, is one of the coolest vineyard sites in mainland Australia.

Serve at about 12 degrees with scallops, roast chicken or soft cheeses.
