Description

Seppelt Drumborg Riesling is a single-vineyard Riesling from one of mainland Australia's coolest sites.

Seppelt has made wine at Great Western in Victoria's Grampians since the 1860s, and its cellars run through kilometres of underground tunnels dug by gold miners. Drumborg, planted by Karl Seppelt in 1964 near Portland in the Henty region, is one of the coolest vineyard sites in mainland Australia. Drumborg Riesling is known for its tension and ability to age.

Serve at about 9 degrees with oysters, Asian dishes or fresh seafood.
