Description

Seppelt Original Sparkling Shiraz is a sparkling red from the winery that pioneered the style in Australia.

Seppelt has made wine at Great Western in Victoria's Grampians since the 1860s, and its cellars run through kilometres of underground tunnels dug by gold miners. Seppelt has been making sparkling Shiraz there for well over a century, finishing it by the traditional method in bottle.

Serve chilled, at about 8 to 10 degrees, with roast turkey, ham or barbecued meats.
