Description

Shadowfax Macedon Ranges Pinot Gris comes from high vineyards in central Victoria.

At this altitude Pinot Gris ripens slowly and keeps its acidity, which gives a drier, more structured wine than the variety shows in warmer places. The Macedon Ranges are the coolest region on the Australian mainland, with harvest often running into May.

Serve at 10 degrees with pork, roast chicken or a soft cheese. Drink within four years.
