Description

Shadowfax Minnow Rosé is a dry pink wine from the Port Phillip zone in Victoria.

The Minnow range is the winery's playful tier, made for drinking young. Fruit picked early specifically for rosé and pressed straight to tank gives the pale colour and dry finish, and the cool conditions around Port Phillip keep the acidity in place.

Serve at 9 degrees with salads, seafood or a summer lunch. Drink within two years.

*Every effort is made to ensure the current vintage is accurate; however, variations can occur. If you are after a specific vintage, please contact us prior to ordering.
