Sidewood Estate Rosé is a dry, crisp Adelaide Hills rosé with red berry and citrus freshness.

Sidewood's rosé is made from estate-grown fruit in the Adelaide Hills, where cool nights help keep the delicate aromatics of a pink wine intact. The supplier lists Shiraz as the grape, made in a dry style for freshness and texture. Rose petal, strawberry and Pink Lady apple lead, with a glint of orange blossom, and the palate brings fresh red berries, watermelon and citrus peel through to a dry, crisp finish. Owen and Cassandra Inglis's estate turns out a broad range of styles, and this one is made for warm afternoons.

Serve well chilled. It's great with antipasto, grilled prawns, summer salads and picnics. Drink it young.
