Sidewood Estate Sauvignon Blanc is a zesty Adelaide Hills white with passionfruit and lime character.

Sauvignon Blanc is one of the Adelaide Hills' signature grapes, and Sidewood has made a name with it from vineyards in the cooler heart of the region. The altitude and cold nights preserve the natural acidity that gives Hills Sauvignon its crunch, while the fruit ripens to passionfruit and citrus-blossom intensity. It's made to capture that freshness and bottled young, so the lime-zest lift carries from the nose right through the palate, with zippy acidity giving good length. At 11.5% alcohol, it's light, lively and easy to enjoy.

Well chilled is the way to go. Goat's cheese, fresh oysters, Vietnamese rice paper rolls or a herby green salad all work. Best drunk young.
