Sidewood Estate Sparkling Pinot Rosé NV

Sidewood Estate Sparkling Pinot Rosé is a round, balanced Adelaide Hills sparkling rosé made entirely from Pinot Noir.

Pinot Noir thrives in the cool, high country of the Adelaide Hills, and Sidewood channels some of its estate fruit into this 100% Pinot Noir sparkling rosé. Natural acidity gives the wine its structure and finesse, and time on lees adds a touch of brioche beneath the fruit. Fresh strawberry, wild raspberry and dried fig lead, followed by cherry and white peach on a generous, rounded palate with a crisp mineral edge. The Inglis family has built a strong reputation for sparkling wine, and this pink is an easy crowd-pleaser.

Chill well and pour as an aperitif, or bring it to the table with prawns, salmon, charcuterie or a not-too-sweet strawberry dessert.
