Sidewood Vignerons Isabella Sparkling Rosé is a poised vintage sparkling rosé from the Adelaide Hills, led by Pinot Noir.

Named after Isabella Rose, daughter of Sidewood's owners and vignerons, this is the rosé of the estate's prestige Vignerons sparkling range. Pinot Noir leads the blend with Chardonnay in support, both grown in the family's cool Adelaide Hills vineyards. Time on lees adds toasted brioche to red berry, wild strawberry and black cherry fruit, with delicate pressed-flower and citrus blossom notes. The 2018 has zesty acidity and a long, textural finish, and carries the poise you'd hope for from a vintage-dated sparkling of this calibre.

Serve well chilled. Try it with seared tuna, duck rillettes or cured salmon, or keep it for a celebration.
