Sister's Run St Petri's Barossa Riesling 2025

Sister's Run St Petri's Barossa Riesling is a floral, steely Riesling from the Barossa.

Riesling has been part of the Barossa story since the German-speaking settlers of the 1800s, and the cooler, higher vineyards of the wider Barossa are among Australia's finest sites for it. This Sister's Run bottling shows the classic combination: orange blossom, grapefruit, honeysuckle and musk on the nose, then a steely mineral line that tightens once you take a sip. A core of ripe lemon, white peach and freshly cut tropical fruit fills the middle of the palate, and the acidity draws everything through to a long, clean finish. At 11.5% alcohol, it's fresh and light on its feet.

Serve well chilled. It's excellent with fresh seafood, Vietnamese salads, chicken larb or anything with lime and chilli, and it can age gracefully for several years.
