Smith & Hooper Pinot Grigio 2026

Smith & Hooper Pinot Grigio is a rich, succulent white with pear and baked apple character.

From the Hill-Smith family's Smith & Hooper label, this Pinot Grigio comes from South Australia's Limestone Coast, where cool maritime influences suit aromatic white grapes. Picked ripe, at 14% alcohol, it's a fuller and more textural Grigio than many, pale golden straw with green hues and aromas of fresh pear juice, baked apple and rhubarb pie. The palate carries pear and apple with cinnamon and anise, and finishes with soft, lingering acidity and a hint of musk. It shows how Pinot Grigio can offer texture and flavour while staying easy to drink.

Well chilled, it's a friendly match for creamy pasta, pork schnitzel, chicken and leek pie or antipasto.
