Description

Southern Light Vineyards Ghostgum Pinot Noir is grown on the Mornington Peninsula.

The Peninsula is surrounded by water on three sides, which keeps the season cool and long, and Pinot Noir is what it does best. Fruit is fermented with a portion of whole bunches and matured in French oak with restraint on new wood.

Serve at 15 degrees with duck, salmon or mushroom dishes. Drink over the next seven years.
