Description

Southern Light Vineyards Seven Slopes of Rising Chardonnay comes from the Yarra Valley.

Yarra Chardonnay ripens slowly in a cool maritime climate, which is what gives the region's whites their line and length. The wine is whole-bunch pressed, fermented in French oak and matured on lees, with new wood used sparingly.

Serve at 12 degrees with roast chicken, rich fish or a gruyère tart. It develops over seven years.
