Description

Southern Light Vineyards Seven Slopes of Rising Pinot Noir comes from the Mornington Peninsula.

Mornington's maritime climate and red volcanic soils give Pinot Noir perfume and fine tannin rather than weight, and the Peninsula has become one of Australia's most consistent sources of the variety. Fermentation includes whole bunches, with French oak maturation.

Serve at 15 degrees with duck, venison or a mushroom tart. It develops over eight years.
