Description

Spring Seed Chardonnay is an organically grown white from McLaren Vale, fresh and fruit-led.

Joch Bosworth and Louise Hemsley-Smith make this range alongside their Battle of Bosworth wines, all from organic McLaren Vale fruit. The Mediterranean climate gets a cooling hand from Gulf St Vincent, so the grapes ripen reliably and stay lively. Their take on the grape is modern, built around peach, citrus and only a light touch of oak.

Expect peach and citrus with a gentle creaminess. Chill to 8–10°C and pour it with roast chicken, pork or seafood pasta; easy to like, and easy on the wallet for a weeknight or a casual get-together.
