Spring Seed Morning Bride Rosé 2025

Spring Seed Morning Bride Rosé is a pale, dry and savoury rosé from organically farmed McLaren Vale vines.

The name belongs to a cottage-garden flower, fitting for a range whose labels are named after heirloom seed varieties. Brief skin contact gives the colour, and a cool ferment in stainless steel keeps the wine fresh. The grapes come from the family's certified organic vineyards near Willunga, farmed without synthetic herbicides, pesticides or fertilisers, where Gulf St Vincent breezes and the escarpment temper the heat.

Light, dry and refreshing. Pour it chilled at 7–9°C with antipasto, grilled prawns, salads or goat’s cheese tarts, and drink it young while it's at its best.
