Description

Spring Seed Moscato is a gently sweet, low-alcohol white from organically farmed vineyards in McLaren Vale.

Aromatic Muscat grapes go into this one, and fermentation is stopped early to leave natural grape sweetness and keep the alcohol modest. The fruit is grown around Willunga, in the south of the Vale, on certified organic vineyards that see no synthetic herbicides, pesticides or fertilisers. The couple behind it, Joch Bosworth and Louise Hemsley-Smith, also make Battle of Bosworth.

Fresh, grapey and softly sweet. Serve it well chilled, at 6–8°C, with a fruit platter, spicy Asian dishes or pavlova, or just on its own on a warm afternoon.
