Spring Seed Moscato 2025

Spring Seed Moscato is a light, softly sweet white from certified organic McLaren Vale vineyards.

Stopping the ferment early is the trick here: it leaves natural sugar from the Muscat grapes and keeps the alcohol low, for an approachable glass. The vines grow near Willunga, where sea breezes and the escarpment take the edge off a warm Mediterranean climate. The label is run by the same couple who make Battle of Bosworth, and each wine is named after an heirloom seed variety.

Grapey and fresh with gentle sweetness. Try it well chilled at 6–8°C with pavlova, fruit or spicy Asian food, or on its own when the afternoon's warm.
