Spring Seed Poppy Pinot Grigio 2025

Spring Seed Poppy Pinot Grigio is a light, crisp organic white from McLaren Vale.

Early picking sets the tone for this one: it's made in the lean, refreshing Grigio style and fermented cool in stainless steel. The fruit is organically grown in McLaren Vale by Joch Bosworth and Louise Hemsley-Smith, whose Battle of Bosworth label is the older sibling. Like the rest of the range, it wears a label styled on an old seed packet and is named for a flower.

Pear, apple and a clean, dry finish. Well chilled at 6–8°C it makes a good aperitif, or try it with calamari and light salads. Drink it young, ideally on a warm afternoon.
