Spring Seed Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2024

Spring Seed Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is a crisp, unoaked blend from organically farmed McLaren Vale vineyards.

Willunga, at the southern end of McLaren Vale, is where the family's certified organic vineyards sit, cooled by the escarpment and by breezes off Gulf St Vincent. No synthetic herbicides, pesticides or fertilisers are used. In this blend, Sauvignon Blanc gives lift and Semillon adds texture and length. The wine sees only stainless steel, goes through a cool ferment and is bottled young.

Zesty and light on its feet. Serve chilled at 7–9°C with fish and chips, salads, goat’s cheese or Thai-style dishes.
