Springs Road Kangaroo Island Chardonnay 2025

Springs Road Kangaroo Island Chardonnay is a fresh, cool-grown Chardonnay from South Australia's island wine region.

Chardonnay responds well to cool maritime conditions, holding its natural acidity and its citrus and stone-fruit character. The island sits south-west of Adelaide, where ocean winds keep the heat of the mainland at bay. This small producer uses oak lightly, for texture more than flavour.

Citrusy and gently textured, it's a versatile white at the table. Try it at 9–11°C with grilled fish, roast chicken, scallops or a creamy pasta, over the next few years.
