Springs Road Little Island Rosé 2022

Springs Road Little Island Rosé is a dry, fresh rosé from Kangaroo Island in South Australia.

Red grapes get only brief time on their skins for a pale colour, then a cool ferment keeps the red-fruit character delicate. The island's bright acidity carries through. It's the rosé from a small producer working with fruit grown off the coast south-west of Adelaide.

Dry, crisp and lightly fruity, it's made for warm weather. Chill it to 7–9°C and bring it out with seafood, charcuterie, summer salads or grilled haloumi. Drink it young.
