Springs Road Little Island Rosé 2023

Springs Road Little Island Rosé is a pale, crisp rosé made from Kangaroo Island fruit.

One of South Australia's most maritime regions, the island has sea breezes and an even ripening season that keep acidity fresh. The winery's rosé comes from red grapes given brief skin contact, then fermented cool to hold on to that freshness and delicate red fruit.

Light red fruit, crisp and dry. Good with grilled haloumi, seafood, charcuterie or a summer salad, served well chilled at 7–9°C while it's young and fresh.
