Springs Road Little Island Rosé 2024

Springs Road Little Island Rosé is a dry, lightly fruity rosé from South Australia's Kangaroo Island.

Pale colour comes from keeping the juice on red grape skins only briefly. After that, a cool fermentation keeps the delicate fruit and the bright acidity typical of the island, where ocean winds temper the heat. The producer is small and uses island-grown grapes.

Crisp and dry with a gentle fruitiness, it's a warm-weather wine. Pour at 7–9°C with seafood, summer salads, charcuterie or grilled haloumi, and drink it while the fruit is at its freshest.
