Description

Stanton & Killeen The Prince Reserva is the family's top Iberian-style red, a structured, savoury wine from Rutherglen.

In Spain, the Reserva label means extended time in oak and bottle before release, and the family follows that approach here. Tempranillo sits at the core. Their Iberian plantings started out as fortified material and have grown into a full range of table wines, with this at the top.

Savoury and structured, with fine tannin, a long finish and a few years of cellaring in it. Decant, then serve at 16–18°C with roast lamb, osso buco, aged Manchego or slow-cooked beef.
