Sticks Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

Sticks Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the Yarra Valley, where the variety ripens late and finely.

Cabernet in the Yarra gives a leafier, more structured wine than the warm Australian regions, closer in shape to Bordeaux, and it was the valley's main red before Pinot Noir took over. The wine is matured in French oak and made for drinking across the next several years.

Serve at 17 degrees with roast lamb, beef or a mushroom dish. Drink over the next eight years.
