Sticks Chardonnay 2025

Sticks Chardonnay comes from the Yarra Valley, east of Melbourne.

The Yarra is one of Australia's coolest mainland regions, which is why Chardonnay ripens slowly here and holds its acidity, and the valley has been the country's reference point for the variety since the 1980s. Sticks is made in an approachable style for drinking young, with a portion of barrel work rather than full oak maturation.

Serve at 12 degrees with roast chicken, fish or a creamy pasta. Drink within four years.
