Description

Sticks Pinot Grigio is a crisp dry white from the Yarra Valley.

Picked early, Pinot Grigio keeps the light pear-and-citrus character of the northern Italian style, and the Yarra's cool season holds the acidity that requires. The wine is fermented cool in stainless steel and bottled young.

Serve at 9 degrees with antipasti, seafood or a light pasta. Drink within two years.
