Description

Sticks Pinot Noir is a Yarra Valley red made for early drinking.

Pinot Noir was among the first varieties planted when viticulture returned to the Yarra in the 1960s and 70s, and the valley's cool conditions remain its main home in Victoria. This is a lighter, fruit-forward style, fermented in small lots with minimal new oak.

Serve at 15 degrees with duck, pork or mushroom dishes. Drink within five years.
