Stonier Hillcrest Chardonnay 2024

Stonier Hillcrest Chardonnay comes from the estate's oldest vineyard, on red volcanic soil at Merricks.

The Mornington Peninsula's maritime climate gives Chardonnay a long ripening season and natural acidity, and the Hillcrest site's mature vines and volcanic ground add concentration. The wine is whole-bunch pressed, fermented with wild yeast in French oak and matured on lees.

Serve at 12 degrees with scallops, roast chicken or a rich fish dish. It develops over eight years.
