Stonier Pinot Noir 2025

Stonier Pinot Noir comes from the Mornington Peninsula, south-east of Melbourne.

The Peninsula is nearly surrounded by water, which keeps summers mild and autumns long, and Pinot Noir is what it does best. Stonier was among the region's founding wineries, planting in the late 1970s when the Peninsula had barely a handful of vineyards. The wine is fermented with a portion of whole bunches and matured in French oak with restraint on new wood.

Serve at 15 degrees with duck, salmon or mushroom dishes. Drink over the next eight years.
