Description

Storm Bay Sauvignon Blanc is a dry white from Tasmania.

At this latitude Sauvignon Blanc ripens slowly and keeps a sharp line of acidity, giving a wine closer to the Loire in profile than to Marlborough, with citrus and herb rather than tropical fruit. Tasmania's cool maritime climate makes it one of the few Australian regions where that style is possible.

Serve at 9 degrees with oysters, goat's cheese or green vegetables. Drink within three years.
