Swinging Bridge #003 Amber 2026

Swinging Bridge #003 Amber is a skin-fermented white of Riesling, Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer from Orange.

Riesling leads the blend at around 55 per cent and provides the acid spine, with Pinot Gris for texture and Gewürztraminer for its rose and spice lift, all fermented on skins rather than pressed off as a conventional white. It belongs to the Hashtag Series, where Tom Ward works outside the estate's classic range. Orange sits on the volcanic slopes of Gaanha-Bula, Mount Canobolas, with vineyards among the highest on the Australian mainland. The wine is left unfined and unfiltered, so a haze or fine deposit is normal.

Serve at 12 degrees with roast pork, tagine or hard cheese. Drink over the next four years.
