Tar & Roses Fiano 2025

Tar & Roses Fiano is a dry Victorian white made from the southern Italian variety.

Fiano comes from Campania and holds its acidity through heat, which makes it a sensible planting in central Victoria where summers are hot and dry. It gives a textural white with pear and almond character rather than overt aromatics. Tar & Roses was set up by Don Lewis and Narelle King to work with exactly these Mediterranean varieties.

Serve at 11 degrees with grilled fish, chicken or antipasti. Drink over the next four years.
